Eligibility for Refunds/Exchanges
To be eligible for a refund, please ensure the following:

You purchased the product directly from our website or Ava personally.

Your refund request is made within 14 days of receiving your order.

The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

Non-Refundable Items
We cannot offer refunds on:

Opened or used cacao products (due to food safety standards)
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Email us at info@camino-del-corazon.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the situation.
How to Request a Refund

Shipping Costs
Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item or damaged product).
